  • Processing your Order An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
  • Shipment Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 7 business days (Mon-Fri). We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 7 days or up to 8 days, and some may take longer than this due to an unforeseen circumstance. This is detailed more in Paragraph 4 below.

Just to clarify our order processing time is 7 business days and standard shipping time is between 7 – 8 business days (Mon-Friday). Free Shipping for all products in Melbourne’s southeast local area. Fixed flat rate shipping fee applies to locations outside of the southeast local area and regional areas of Melbourne only. Please be advised that all interstate order shipping costs will vary accordingly if you want to purchase from states other than Victoria, please get in contact with our staff and we will support you with the best outcome.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.
